Estes Termos regem a utilização do website da VVS — Virtual Value Systems ("VVS", "nós") e a contratação dos nossos serviços de automação. Ao usar o site ou contratar-nos, aceitas estes Termos.
A VVS desenha, constrói e mantém sistemas de automação com IA (incluindo assistentes de WhatsApp, automação de CRM e sistemas de conteúdo). O âmbito exato de cada projeto é definido por escrito numa proposta ou contrato próprio antes do início dos trabalhos.
A auditoria inicial é gratuita e sem compromisso. Serve para avaliar processos e estimar potencial de poupança. As estimativas apresentadas são aproximadas e não constituem garantia de resultados.
Após pagamento integral, os sistemas construídos para o cliente passam a pertencer ao cliente. A VVS mantém o direito de reutilizar conhecimento técnico e métodos genéricos não confidenciais.
Esforçamo-nos por entregar sistemas fiáveis, mas o serviço é prestado "tal como está". A responsabilidade da VVS está limitada ao valor pago pelo serviço em causa. Não somos responsáveis por danos indiretos ou por falhas de serviços de terceiros (ex: WhatsApp, plataformas de CRM, fornecedores de IA).
O cliente garante que os dados e acessos que fornece são lícitos e que tem autorização para os utilizar.
Podemos atualizar estes Termos. A versão em vigor é sempre a publicada nesta página.

These Terms govern the use of the VVS — Virtual Value Systems ("VVS", "we") website and the engagement of our automation services. By using the site or hiring us, you accept these Terms.
VVS designs, builds and maintains AI automation systems (including WhatsApp assistants, CRM automation and content systems). The exact scope of each project is defined in writing in a proposal or dedicated contract before work begins.
The initial audit is free and without obligation. It is used to assess processes and estimate potential savings. Any figures shown are approximate and do not guarantee results.
Upon full payment, systems built for the client become the client's property. VVS retains the right to reuse non-confidential know-how and generic methods.
We work to deliver reliable systems, but the service is provided "as is". VVS's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages or for failures of third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, CRM platforms, AI providers).
The client warrants that the data and access it provides are lawful and that it is authorized to use them.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
